Burna Boy has stepped into film with his debut as executive producer on the Pan-African thriller ‘3 Cold Dishes’, under his Spaceship Films banner. Directed by Asurf Oluseyi and written by Tomi Adesina, the film follows three women: Esosa, Fatouma, and Giselle, who, years after surviving sex trafficking, reunite to seek justice and reclaim their identities.

Shot in multiple countries across Africa, including Nigeria, Benin Republic, Côte d’Ivoire, and Mauritania, the multilingual film blends English, French, and Yoruba, reflecting the continent’s cultural richness. It stars Osas Ighodaro, Fat Toure, Maud Guerard, Wale Ojo, and Femi Jacobs.

After nearly three years in production, 3 Cold Dishes will premiere in African cinemas on November 7, 2025, with wider regional releases later that month.
