Geniuses are Always Branded as Crazy.. So, Go Crazy!!

Geniuses are always branded as crazy is a line i heard from Narcos. It stuck. It’ll stick forever because it is true. Geniuses do not do the ordinary, they are mad people.

Earlier this month, STRAFFITTI had his thirsty creative clinic, if you don’t know Straff, you should get familiar. Wear Thirsty is taking over the world. The 4-day camp was a meeting of creatives as they collaborated to create and bring designs to life.

I had the opportunity to go on the last day of the event, the day for the fashion show and I must say, these guys went crazy. The usual is boring. This was unorthodox; something that overtime has been attributed to STRAFFITTI and the Wear Thirsty Brand. That brand has grown in leaps and bounds and best believe it’s going to break more boundaries this year and in the coming years.

Go Crazy!!

I jumped on this one late but I listened to Mr Eazi on Joey Akan’s Afrobeats Intelligence podcast and that was an eye opener. A lot of people still believe (for some reason) that Mr Eazi is just one lucky guy that managed to bag an Otedola babe but that brother is far from it. Last year saw the whole Afrobeats to the world conversation become reality but that has been Mr Eazi’s reality bout three years ago. Mr Eazi wasn’t signed to any label but he was doing his thing, setting records, making a ton of money. He had a vision. Today he’s a successful businessman with Empawa and other businesses.  Did he get all of this from being a regular guy? Hell no!

Dear Creative/non creative, It’s a new year and there’s a lot to do and achieve. Geniuses are always branded as crazy. So, go crazy.
