NOISY STREETSS ANNOUNCES UNIVERSITY TOUR TO EMPOWER YOUNGAFRICAN STORYTELLERS

Lagos, Nigeria, April 2025. Noisy Streetss is proud to announce the launch of its University
Tour across several tertiary institutions in Africa.

This first-of-its-kind campus tour is an immersive literary experience designed to connect
directly with university students who are passionate about writing, storytelling, podcasting,
media, and cultural expressions. Through a lineup of workshops, panel discussions, podcast
and audio-production sessions, the tour will engage and inspire the next generation of African
creatives.

“At Noisy Streetss, we believe that everyone has a story, and those stories deserve
to be told boldly, authentically, and beautifully,” said Modupe Daramola, Founder &
Project Lead of the tour. “This university tour is our way of meeting young
storytellers where they are and helping them realize the power of their voice and
the need to tell their stories authentically…”

The tour officially begins at Covenant University on April 30th, 2025, with the first
session happening at 10:00am.

The Open Day will offer students hands-on workshops on writing, publishing, podcasts
and audio-storytelling. Mentorship & Career Conversations with authors, editors,
podcasters, and media professionals. Talent Discovery Opportunities for young writers, illustrators, designers, and audio creatives. And Networking and potential collaboration
with the Noisy Streetss team.

The Noisy Streetss University Tour is more than a brand activation. It is a movement aimed at
shaping the future of the African literary and creative industries. Noisy Streetss invites university students, faculty members, student associations, and literary enthusiasts to join the movement and become part of a growing community that celebrates African creativity in all its forms.
