15-Year-Old Owen Cooper, ‘Adolescence,’ and ‘The Studio’ Shine at the 2025 Emmys

At the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards which brought about record-breaking wins and standout performances on Sunday in Los Angeles.

The Studio dominated comedy, setting a new record for the most wins by a comedy in a single season, with Seth Rogen leading the charge through acting, writing, and directing victories.

In limited series, Adolescence claimed Outstanding Limited Series and six total awards. Among its cast, 15-year-old Owen Cooper made history as the youngest male Emmy winner, taking Supporting Actor.

Meanwhile, medical drama The Pitt earned Outstanding Drama Series, with Noah Wyle capturing his first Emmy 26 years after his ER nomination. Britt Lower and Tramell Tillman of Severance also earned acting wins, with Tillman becoming the first Black actor to win Supporting Actor in a Drama.
